Organisations in crisis: wake up and innovate faster through co-creation!

Subscribe for this session on December 9th at 2pm HERE.

According the Merriam-Webster Online dictionary the meaning of the word ‘Crisis’ is … ‘the turning point for better or worse in an acute disease or fever’. Today most of our organizations are in crisis, they are sick. They are unable to recover because they aren’t able to respond to today’s challenges fast enough. This session is not only a confronting wake up call for organizations in crisis, but also gives you an insight on how companies can innovate faster through co-creation. Using the development of Traficon’s SafeWalk as an example, Jef Staes will take you on a journey from 2D to 3D, explain what the driving forces of innovation are and tell you why we need so many Red Monkeys.

Jef Staes (Herentals, Belgium, 1956) is a leading authority on Learning & Innovative Organizations. With 20 years of experience in organizational development he founded the EOI Academy. This academy assists organizations and companies in their quest to find a comprehensive answer and approach to the changing dynamics of today’s market. As a business speaker he not only awakens companies, but also presents them with a unique concept to guide them through the necessary changes. Change processes in the field of management and learning, should always aim to dramatically increasing the flexibility and the power to innovate of workers, teams and organizations. As an author he captured his ideas in two books: “My Organization is a Jungle” and “My Manager is a Hero”. Through the use of rich metaphors and exciting parallels, he engages you in the story of Red Monkeys.
